All of our hemp-derived products comply with the 2021 Federal Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
However, THCA and Delta-8 products are restricted or banned in several U.S. states. We do not ship restricted items to:
THCA Restrictions: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Oregon.
Delta-8 Restrictions: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont.
